We begin with a full-body abhyanga - warm oil, rhythmic strokes, and grounding touch to ease tension and restore balance. While you shower, I quietly tidy the space, heat your meal, and prepare you a plate. Over lunch, we might talk about your birth, your transition home, or sibling adjustment. If baby wakes to nurse, we check latch and positioning, answer feeding questions, and keep talking while you sip a warm tea I’ve prepared. I see myself out gently, leaving you and baby to rest, nourished and supported.
